Case studies are key parts of your corporate resume. They explain how you help customers solve problems, deal with challenges, and reach business goals. Case studies help prospective customers size up your potential for helping them. They are valuable marketing tools. I will help you turn your case studies into engaging stories.
We’ll schedule a 30-minute conference call with internal team
members responsible for the project you’d like to highlight. I
can also speak with client representatives if you like. During
the call I’ll ask questions around:
- the problem the customer faced prior to engaging your company
- what they wanted you to do
- your recommendations and final solution
- how the project was handled, interactions with customer staff
- results – numerical and otherwise
I’ll provide a compelling title for the case study. We can
schedule another conference call to review the first draft. I
offer up to 3 revisions within the original scope; these should
be communicated to me within 7 business days of my submitting the
